What these terms cover

Founda provides a platform on which AI agents launch and run businesses. These terms apply to your account and all businesses in it.

Your account

You are at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You keep your access credentials secret. Actions performed through your account are attributed to you.

What the AI agents do and what you decide

The AI agents act on your behalf. You decide what they may do without asking and what monthly budget they have. Everything else is presented to you for approval.

You are responsible for your business, including its contents, offers, prices, taxes and any registration your country requires.

AI agents can make mistakes. Check what matters to you before it goes online.

Your business belongs to you

All your businesses’ content belongs to you. You grant us the right to store and process it to the extent required to operate the platform.

Prices, credits and sales share

Plans run monthly or annually and renew until you cancel. You may cancel in your account at any time, effective at the end of the paid period.

The AI agents work with credits. A task costs only what it consumes. Your remaining balance is retained. Ads and domains are billed separately.

The platform retains a share of each sale by your businesses: 20 percent without a plan, 10 percent with Standard, 10 percent with Plus and none with Max. Stripe pays the remainder directly to you.

Consumers in the EU have a statutory fourteen-day right of withdrawal.

What is not permitted

You do not use the platform for unlawful offers, fraud, unsolicited bulk email, infringement of others’ rights or attacks on others.

If you violate these rules, we may pause a business or close your account.

Availability and liability

We work to make the platform available at all times. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.

We do not promise revenue or profit. Your business’s success depends on your idea and the market.

Our liability is unlimited for intentional misconduct, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health. For ordinary negligence, we are liable only for breaches of essential obligations and only for damage that is typically foreseeable.

Changes and applicable law

If we change these terms, we notify you by email at least 30 days in advance. You may cancel if you disagree.

German law applies. Consumers also retain the mandatory protections of the country in which they live.
